Planning Board

The Planning Board conducts investigations, prepares maps and reports, and provides recommendations to the Town Board relating to the planning and development of the Town, including amendments or changes to the Town Comprehensive (Master) Plan, the Zoning Code, and other land use and zoning requirements. The Planning Board will review and approve applications, including violations actions where civil penalties (fines) may be imposed.


Planning Board Meetings

Regular Planning Board meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at 7:00PM.

If you plan to attend any meeting of the Romulus Planning Board, you will be expected to adhere to social distancing and mask/face covering requirements. Seating may be limited due to social distancing requirements.

To petition the board, call (607) 869-9326 no later than one week prior to the scheduled meeting.
