NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, THE ROMULUS TOWN PLANNING BOARD Will hold a Public Hearing on May 15, 2023 at 6:00 pm at Town of Romulus Town Hall, 1435 Prospect Street, Willard, NY 14588 with regard to a Subdivision Application from David and Michelle Herndon c/o David G. Mashewske, ESQ. to subdivide 15.213 acres with a physical address 6748-6754 RTE 96A In the Town of Romulus Into two lots from property identified as Tax ID# 11-1-07.1. A copy of the application is on the Town of Romulus website and available to view at the Romulus Town Hall, 1435 Prospect Street, Willard NY 14588.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, at the aforementioned time and place all interested residents will be afforded an opportunity to submit written and oral comments in person or by his agent. The regular Planning Board meeting will Follow immediately.
