TOWN OF ROMULUS OVERVIEW

The Township of Romulus developed from Military Tract Bounty Land given to veterans of the Revolutionary War.  Romulus was formed in 1794, which at that time encompassed all lands northward to the shores of Lake Ontario.   

The Town is beautifully situated at the heart of the Finger Lakes between Seneca and Cayuga lakes.  Romulus is predominately agricultural and tourism centered while possessing a former military base that is actively working to develop business and employment opportunities.

GUY LISTER IS JOINING WITH SENECA COUNTY CORNELL COOPERATIVE EXTENTION TO

HOST A JUNEBERRY FESTIVAL.  VISITORS CAN DISCOVER RECIPES AND INFORMAITON

ABOUT JUNEBERRIES, SAMPLE THE FRUIT, TOUR THE FARM AND PICK THEIR OWN BERRIES,

AND TRY JUNEBERRY PIE.

THE BUFFALONIAN FOOD TRUCK WILL ALSO BE OFFERING AUTHENTIC WESTERN NY THEMED

CRUISINE DURING THE EVENT.

CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR. EVEN KIDS WHO HAVE HAD

A SHOT BEFORE MAY NEED A BOOSTER TO START SCHOOL

  

ATTENTION TOWN OF ROMULUS RESIDENTS

Mark your calendars for the 2017 Dumpster Days.  The town

will accept a drivers license or a previous years dumpster day permit

as proof of residency.

Dumpsters will be located at the Log City Road Transfer Station Location.

Saturday, October 14th    8:00am - 4:00pm

No yard waste, shingles or other construction debris

No Business Waste
